Description

Number 24 on Market Street is a building dating from around 1830. It is a three-storey structure with a stuccoed front, featuring angle pilasters and a cornice parapet. The front has two casement windows with eared architraves, and the first-floor windows are adorned with moulded cornices. To the right of the front is a round-headed doorway that has a moulded archivolt, impost roundels, and diagonal fluting on the transom. The building also includes a later shopfront.
