Description

Two ranges of farm buildings date from the early to mid 19th century and form the farmyard to the southeast of Hayne Farm. They are constructed from stone rubble and feature slate roofs. The southern range includes 19th-century piggeries that are topped with a slate lean-to roof. The two-storey eastern range is a 19th-century stable with a loft above, and it has a slate roof that is hipped at the north end. In front of the stables, the yard is paved with pitched stones, likely from the early 19th century, and it slopes down to a central drain that leads away in the northeast corner, which is an unusual survival.
