Description

No 10 Plymouth Road, formerly listed as No 5 Bedford Place, is an early 19th-century building. It has two storeys and a basement, with a stuccoed exterior. The ground floor features a rusticated finish and an arcaded treatment under the windows. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. A moulded stringcourse runs along the building, and there are three windows with intact glazing bars. The entrance is set back and occupies one storey.
