Description

Carmel, located at No 3 and No 5 West Street in Dunster, features an early 19th century frontage with later alterations. The building has colourwashed rendering, plain tiles, and a brick stack. It stands two storeys high and has four windows; the upper windows are wooden casements set in later gabled semi-dormers that include barge boards and mock half-timbering. The ground floor has three wooden casements with glazing bars and two plain doors. There is a modern tiled and gabled door hood at No 5.
