Description

The Canal Building adjoining Nos 2 and 3 to the southeast on Canal Road dates from around 1817. It is a two-storey structure made of stone rubble with a slate roof. The building features five cambered casements. It is significant as one of the two remaining buildings of Canal Wharf, which was used for transporting copper to Morwellham Quay.
