Description

No 1 on Mill Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories high and features three windows. The exterior is finished in painted stucco. It has sash windows, including a notable three-light window on the ground floor. The doorway is adorned with a moulded architrave and a pediment supported by scroll consoles. The building has a cornice with modillion eaves and is topped with a slate roof. The party wall shared with No 3 projects forward as a tall pier at the front. Nos 1 to 5 (odd) are part of a group of buildings.
