Description

Sunnyside is a house located in Weare Giffard, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone and cob, finished with colourwashed render, and features a gabled slate roof with a rendered external stack on the left end. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. There are timber lintels above the central early 19th-century plank door and late 19th-century two-light casements. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
