Description
This is a thatched cottage located approximately 30 metres east of Oxenham Court. It dates from the 18th century, with a 19th-century addition. The cottage features plastered cob and stone rubble walls and a gable-ended thatch roof, along with a brick axial stack. The layout consists of a two-room plan with a central axial stack and an entrance in front of it. At the rear, there is a small outbuilding or service wing added in the 19th century. The exterior is two storeys high, with a symmetrical front that has two windows, which are two-light 20th-century casements, except for a 19th-century casement on the first floor to the left. The central doorway leads into the cottage. The interior was inaccessible at the time of the survey.
