Description

The granary, located approximately 10 meters south of Thorne Widger Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior over coursed slatestone rubble and has a pyramidal slate roof. Access to the first-floor granary is via steps leading to a 20th-century plank door, while a 19th-century plank door with strap hinges provides entry to the storage room beneath. This structure is included for its group value.
