Description

This is a small house dating from the early 18th century, located on the north side of Fore Street in Bradford. It has rendered cob and stone rubble walls and a thatched roof that is gabled to the right and hipped to the left. There is a brick axial stack. The internal layout is not entirely clear due to lack of access, but it appears to have three rooms, although it may have originally been two cottages. A 20th-century lean-to has been added at the right-hand end.

The exterior features two storeys and an asymmetrical front with three windows. The first floor has early 20th-century three-light casements, while the ground floor has later two-light casements. There is a lean-to porch to the right of the centre with a part-glazed door from the 20th century. The interior was inaccessible during the survey, but it does not seem to have been modernised since the early 20th century, and features such as open fireplaces may still be present.
