Description

Sunnyside is a small house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It features rendered cob and rubble walls and has a thatched roof that is gabled at the right end and hipped at the left and rear wing. There is a brick stack at the right gable end. The building has a two-room plan with an unheated rear wing behind the left-hand room.

The exterior is two storeys high and has a regular three-window front. The windows are 20th-century casements, with one and three lights, lacking glazing bars, except for the central and right-hand windows on the first floor, which are two-light and likely from the early 20th century. There is a 19th-century lean-to under a catslide roof at the left-hand end. A 20th-century plank door is located to the right of centre beneath a thatched door hood. The interior has not been inspected.
