Description
This farmbuilding, located immediately northeast of Court Barton, is a 19th-century remodelling of an earlier structure. It is constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings, while the rear wall is made of cob and stone. The building has a slate roof that is gabled at both ends. The plan is rectangular and positioned at right angles to the house. The exterior features a lofted design with a symmetrical front that has three bays. The openings are adorned with brick dressings and segmental brick arches, including three doorways on the ground floor and a central loft window. The interior has not been inspected. This building is significant for its group value with Court Barton.
