Description

New Bridge is a road bridge over the River Torridge, built between 1843 and 1846 by Lord Rolle. It features coursed rubble stone construction and has three massive round-headed arches with triangular cutwaters positioned low on the piers. The bridge includes a cambered stringcourse and a parapet.
