Description

Cleveland House, also known as No 13, is an early 19th-century detached house located at the rear of High Street in Dawlish, with its entrance front facing a courtyard. The building is two storeys high and features a roughcast exterior with a slate roof and a parapet. It has six sash windows that retain their glazing bars, and the doorcase is adorned with a cornice, pilasters, and panelled reveals.
