Description

This is an early 19th-century building on The Strand in Dawlish. It is two storeys high with an attic, and is constructed of stuccoed walls with a slate roof. The building features a parapet and coping along the roofline. A two-storey bow window is present with original sash windows. The entrance is defined by a doorcase, which includes a fanlight and dentil cornices supported on console brackets.
