Description

This is a pair of buildings dating from the mid-19th century, located on The Strand in Dawlish. They are two storeys high with attics, and are constructed of stucco. The roof is slate, concealed behind a parapet with coping, and features a dropped moulded eaves cornice. Each building has two sash windows without glazing bars. Number 29 has a mid-19th century shop front with a Tuscan corner column. Number 30 has a more modern shop front.
