Description

No. 13 Strand Hill is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high and is finished in roughcast. It features a slate roof and has two-storey segmental bows. On the left side, there is a doorcase that includes a cornice, panelled reveals, and a decorative fanlight. This doorcase is noted as a good example of the type of segmental windows found in South Devon.
