Description
The K6 telephone kiosk, located opposite the Claycutter's Arms, is a standardised design constructed mainly of cast iron and glass, and is square in shape. It is painted red overall and features long horizontal glazing in the door and sides. The crowns in the top panels are applied rather than perforated. There are rectangular white display signs that read "TELEPHONE" beneath the shallow domed roof. This kiosk is in good condition, with intact glazing and display signs. It stands in proximity to other listed buildings, including the Claycutter's Arms, the Chapelry approximately 40 meters to the east, and St Paul's Church approximately 60 meters to the southeast, creating a harmonious visual relationship with these structures.
