Description

The Church of St Bartholomew features a granite cross located against the south wall of the churchyard, approximately 5 metres east of the churchyard gate. This cross, which has one arm missing, was re-erected in its current position since 1959. It dates back to the medieval period and has a tapering shaft that is chamfered on all four corners, with pyramid stops at the base. The remaining arm and the head of the cross expand outward and are also chamfered. Each side of the cross has a small round-headed recess in the center.
