Description

This is a headstone dedicated to Elizabeth Batstone, located about 6 metres southeast of the chancel of the Church of St Nectan. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of limestone. The headstone features a segmental head with scrolled corners, and the inscription commemorates Elizabeth Batstone, who died in 1788. The lettering on the stone is well-preserved.
