Description

This is a headstone dated 1694, located approximately 4 meters south of the southeast corner of the nave of the Church of St. George in Kencot. It is dedicated to Elizabeth, the wife of William H. The headstone is made of limestone and features a rectangular inscription panel surrounded by an egg and dart border. It includes small side scrolls, a feathered scroll top, carved swags, and a central cherub head.
