Description

This is a boat house built around 1800 in the Gothick style, located approximately 110 metres west-south-west of Warleigh House. It is constructed from rendered stone rubble and features a slate roof with embattled parapets at the gable ends, topped with crosses at the peaks. The west end of the boat house has a two-centred arch at beach level, with a Gothick window in the gable above. The east end has a Gothick doorway leading to a loft at garden level, along with a niche above it. There are gabled loft windows on either side, and the north side includes a small gabled porch.
