Description

Brownswell Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1840. It is constructed of stone rubble with granite dressings and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with sashes that include glazing bars set in ashlar openings. To the left of the centre, there is a plain doorway with a glazed door. The farmhouse also has rendered end and ridge chimney stacks, which have been heightened in red brick.
