Description

East Worthele Farm House is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from slate-hung stone rubble, topped with a slate roof that features gabled ends and deep eaves. The building stands two storeys tall and consists of three bays. It has sash windows with glazing bars, although the ground floor windows are later sashes with lowered cills. The central entrance is a panelled door set within a granite porch, which is supported by square columns and pilasters that hold up an entablature. There are chimney stacks at both gable ends, and the west end has been heightened with red brick. At the rear, the house has gabled wings.
