Description

This is an 18th and early 19th century terrace of ten houses, numbered 1 to 10, located on Seymour Place. It forms part of a larger development that includes numbers 14 and 15 Bridgetown. The terrace is stepped to follow the slope of the land and contains two storeys. Each house has two windows, with a projecting entrance bay. The roofs are covered with Welsh slate and feature rendered stacks. The facades are faced with stucco and feature a cornice and blocking course. Most windows are recessed sash windows, many with glazing bars. Segmental-headed dormers are present. The recessed doorways originally had panelled doors and console-bracketed cornices. The property is included on the list for its group value.
