Description

Victoria Place consists of a pair of houses, likely built in the 1830s and 1840s, constructed of stucco. The central part of the building projects forward. The facades feature incised decoration to the pilasters, moulded plaster architraves, and decorative door heads. The right-hand house has been altered. The left-hand house (number 1) retains an enriched eaves cornice. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The buildings form a group with nearby properties including Leighton Place, the Conservative Club, Pindar Lodge, and South Place.
