Description
The implement shed, located immediately west of Stancombe Farmhouse, dates from around 1830 to 1840 and is part of a planned group of farm buildings. It is constructed from slate rubble and features a corrugated iron roof with gabled ends, which are also clad in corrugated iron. The building has a rectangular shape and the ground floor consists of four open-fronted bays with segmental arches, separated by rectangular stone rubble piers. Above, there are three small square loft windows and a loft doorway positioned to the right of the center, although the loft doorway and two of the loft windows have been blocked with brick.
