Description
Coastguard Cottages is a terrace of four cottages built around the mid-19th century. The cottages are constructed from stone rubble with a slate-hung front and feature a hipped roof made of corrugated asbestos. They are two storeys high and have a long range of eight windows, all of which are sashes with vertical glazing bars. Only one cottage retains its original plank door, while the others have glazed doors. The right-hand cottage is set back and faces southwest, and there are rendered ridge chimney stacks on the roofs.
