Description
Bovisand Lodge is a country house located in a wooded valley, dating from the early 19th century. The building is finished in stucco and features a slate hipped roof behind a parapet adorned with small urns. It has a square plan and stands two storeys tall. The north entrance front consists of five bays, with the two bays on the right side being blind. The house has sash windows with glazing bars and a central moulded round-arched doorway that includes a panelled door. A porch with Ionic columns supports an entablature. The west elevation, which faces down the valley, has four bays. Inside, there is a contemporary staircase.
