Description
The garden retaining wall immediately south of Brockhal Lodge is a 19th-century structure made of local slate rubble, topped with slate coping that forms battlements. This tall retaining wall supports the garden in front of Brockhal Lodge and features a curved back at the left end. In the center, there is a blocked narrow round-headed pedestrian doorway.
