Description
Elbridge House is a large detached house set in a garden, dating from the late 18th century. The building is finished in stucco on the main body, with the west side featuring slate hanging. It has a slate hipped roof with moulded eaves and consists of two storeys and an attic, arranged in five bays. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor features two late 19th-century splayed bay windows. At the center, there is a porch with an open pediment, a traceried fanlight, and an entablature supported by Tuscan columns, leading to a flush panel glazed door. The house also has two hipped dormers. To the left (west), there is a two-storey, one bay extension added around the mid-19th century.
