Description
This is a range of shippons with lofts over, including front courtyard walls, located approximately 70 metres north of Eastleigh Manor House. Built around 1860-1870, the structure is made of stone rubble with brick dressings and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building has an L-shaped plan, with two front walls that enclose a courtyard. It stands two storeys high and has three windows above four segmental arched openings, each with rubbed brick dressings. The south wall enclosing the courtyard has gatepiers with rubbed brick quoins and pyramid caps. The interior includes feeding passages, racks, and an intact common rafter roof.
