Description

This is a Dutch barn located approximately 85 metres north of Higher Davis Farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from stone rubble and features a corrugated asbestos roof with weatherboarded gable ends. The barn has a rectangular shape and is open-sided, with each truss supported by five pairs of tall circular piers. At each end, there are short side walls, and the north side has a doorway with a cambered stone arch on the right end. Additionally, there is a loft opening at the left gable end.
