Description
This is a house situated within a terrace, and partly used as an office, dating from the 1840s. The exterior is stuccoed with a tiled roof and a chimney stack with a brick shaft. It is one room wide and two rooms deep, arranged over three storeys. A decorative eaves board and dentil eaves cornice are present. The façade has an asymmetrical but regular two-window arrangement. A recessed doorway on the right has a 20th-century timber front door. All windows are timber sashes with 16 panes, lacking horns. The interior was not inspected. The property occupies a prominent location overlooking a yard that includes St Anne's Chapel and the parish church.
