Description

The kitchen garden walls located north-north-east of Kings Nympton Park are likely from the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are constructed of cob with a stone rubble base and feature a corrugated iron sheet capping, which probably replaces the original thatch capping. The walls have flat buttresses at intervals on the outside. These walls enclose a large rectangular, almost square, kitchen garden situated on a sloping site.
