Description
This is a cross located approximately 120 metres north of Castle Hill House in Filleigh. It is likely from the 15th century and has been reset on a 19th-century base. The cross is made of dressed stone and features a Latin cross design with an octagonal shaft and arms. It has a two-tier plinth that includes slate plaques inscribed with verses, which are dated 1833 on the north and south sides.
