Farmbuilding. Probably early C19 with some evidence of rebuilding. Cob on stone rubble footings to the right, stone rubble to loft level to the left; slate roof, gabled at ends. Plan: Rectangular on plan. Exterior: Central doorway with a central loft door above, window to the left. Interior: Not inspected. Forms a good group with Poadmarsh Farmhouse and another farmbuilding in the yard.
