Description
Town Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse featuring Morte slates and hammer-dressed stonework around the openings. It has a slate roof with stacks at each gable end and a symmetrical double-depth plan that includes a lean-to with a slate roof on the right gable end. The building stands two storeys tall and has a three-window range of three-light casements, each with eight panes per light, situated above two three-light transomed windows that have four panes over six panes. All the windows are 19th-century and feature flat dressed stone arches. The central gabled porch has a slate roof and a round-arched dressed stone archway, leading to an inner doorway with a plank door and overlight. The right gable end is finished with slate-hanging.
