Farmhouse, mid C19. Morte slates with hammer-dressed stonework to the openings. Slate roof with stacks at each gable-end. Symmetrical double-depth plan with lean- to with slate roof at right gable end. 2 storeys. 3-window range of 3-light casements, 8 panes per light, over two 3-light transomed windows, 4 panes over 6 panes, all C19 windows with flat dressed stone arches. Central gabled porch with slate roof and round-arched dressed stone archway. Inner doorway with plank door and overlight. Slate-hanging to right gable end.
