Description
Kings Bridge is a bridge that spans the River Mole, providing access to Lenton Farm. It was built in the early to mid 19th century. The bridge is constructed of unrendered stone rubble, with upright stone rubble capping on the parapets. It features three spans, each with segmental arches made of rough stone voussoirs. On the right side, there are pointed cutwaters made of stone rubble, while the left side has been rebuilt in brick, maintaining the same style. The parapets slightly splay outwards at each end, and there is a string course located at about road level.
