Description

This pair of gravestones marks the grave of Agnes and Henry Moule, located approximately 4 metres south of the east end of the Church of St John Baptist. They date from 1797 and are made of slate. The headstone features a straight top with an incised nowy arch and angular busts. The inscription reads: "Here Lies in the hopes of a Joyful Resurrection the Remains of Agnes Moule late wife of Henry Moule died 1797."
