Description

This listing describes a pair of tombstones located 2.5 metres east of the north porch of the Parish Church in Clayhidon. The tombstones are dedicated to Agnes Boles, who died in 1797, and Hugh Boles, who died in 1779. They are made of sandstone and feature scrollwork heads that contain angels, along with a decorated architrave that frames the memorial inscriptions.
