Description

Hencley Headstone, dated 1789, is located approximately 16 meters south of the south porch of the Church of St Bartholomew. This headstone is made of limestone and features an upright slab that stands about 800 millimeters high. It has a nowy head and concave top corners. The inscription is in both upper and lower case letters, commemorating the burial of Mary Hencley in 1789.
