Description

Little Pickwicks is a cottage that likely dates from the 18th century and was modernised around 1960. It features plastered cob on a rubble plinth and has a gable-ended thatched roof. A large cob stack with a bread oven projects from the left-side gable. The cottage is two storeys high with a two-room plan, and the entrance is now located on the left side of the front of the stack. There are two windows at the front, each with thatch eyebrows over the upper casements. Inside, there is a 20th-century stair, but some early plain carpentry remains exposed.
