Description

Early to mid-C19 house with late-C20 ground-floor shopfront. C20 and C21 alterations. The ground floor shop unit now forms part of 14 and 16 Fore Street.

MATERIALS: built of stone that is covered with render.

EXTERIOR: a three-storey, single-bay façade. To the ground floor is a late-C20, dual-aspect, multi-pane shopfront window, with a door to its north side. To the left of the shopfront is a late-C19 console bracket supported on a reeded pilaster with a Tudor rose motif. There is a one-over-one horned sash window with plain architrave to the first and second floors. The roof is concealed.
