Description

The Browne tomb chest, located 5 metres west of the Parish Church in Silverton, dates from 1833. It is constructed from volcanic trap and limestone. The tomb features a moulded plinth and slab, with fielded inscription panels on each side and at each end. Additionally, it has corner clasping pilasters topped with moulded capitals.
