Cottage and adjoining store. Probably mid C19. Plastered cob on rubble footings; rubble stacks topped with brick; thatched roof. Small 2-room plan cottage facing east with store adjoining right (north) end. End stacks to house (that to north is axial). 2 storeys. 3-window front of late C19-early C20 and mid C20 casements, the latter without glazing bars. 4-panel door with C19 gabled, slate-roofed hood on shaped brackets to main house between centre and left windows. To right is door to store. Roof is gabled to left and half-hipped to right. Plain carpentry detail inside and store is part-floored.
