CULLOMPTON SS 90 NE 4/58 Barn, storage chamber and tallet - 20 metres south of East Butterleigh House GV II

Barn, storage chamber and tallet. Early C19. Cob, stone plinth, plastered, under gabled-end slate roof. L-shaped plan, this range forms the west and south sides of the farmstead. 1 pointed window with Y-tracery; other windows with conventional casements. The tallet occupies the south-east (inner) angle; no openings to the outer faces of building. Bargeboarding to west. Large weathervane with fox. The garden wall to the west, and adjoining this building, cob, stone plinth, plastered under slate coping, the wrought-iron garden gates, and the piers with moulded caps surmounted by stone balls, are included in this listing.
