Description

This headstone, located approximately 16 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St Andrew, dates from around 1761. It commemorates the children of John Sillifant. The upright, square-headed slab stands about 0.75 metres high and features inscriptions in Roman serif upper and lower case letters. The inscriptions record the deaths of Mary, aged 8 (died 1732), John, aged 20 (died 1747), and Katherine, aged 6 (died 1761).
