Description

13-24 Southernhay West is a group of 12 similar houses, constructed in the 18th century. The four central houses and each end house project slightly forward and feature an additional stone course. Three of the central houses have shutters, and there are two different styles of keystone heads above the windows. The houses also have more elaborate lead fanlights and six-panel doors with panelled reveals. They are three storeys high with three windows, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. The buildings have a parapet and a slate roof. This group forms a cohesive architectural ensemble with nos 1 to 10 (consecutive).
