This is a row of late 18th or early 19th century houses on Alphington Road. The buildings are constructed with stucco and roughcast rendering. Each house is two storeys high and originally contained shops on the ground floor. They feature sash windows, and a first-floor bay window has been added to each end. The windows have glazing bars. The roofs are covered in slate.
